A: All consignor checks are made available on the 15th of each month for all sales made during the prior month. We except the expect the checks to be picked up at the store at the 15th or after. The checks are not available prior to the 15th. All checks are to be picked up within 6 months of the date of issuance. Any check that is "stale" can be reissued by renaissance for a $25 fee. Any check left for over a year is considered "null and void" and is not reclaimable.
Any individual may request their checks to be mailed for a one time fee of $10
